What are the brands of the TEVOA concept store?

We carefully select premium Cambodian brands and Khmer designers of all types (ready-to-wear, jewelry, leather goods, accessories, art, etc.). Currently, TEVOA offers two brands, Revivre Studio (already available), and Kaliane Jewelry, (coming soon).

How are these brands chosen?

These brands are chosen for their exceptional quality, unique design and artisanal know-how. Each brand is handpicked. We personally meet the founders, creators and designers in Cambodia to ensure their passion, vision and the quality of their products.

Where do our brands come from?

All our brands come from Cambodia.

What services do we offer for our partner brands?

We offer an exclusive distribution platform for Cambodian premium brands, doing everything possible to establish and develop them sustainably in France and on the international market.

What products do we offer?

All the products we offer come from our partner brands and are not created by TEVOA. We offer different types of products such as clothing, jewelry, and premium accessories, entirely designed and manufactured in Cambodia.

Where are our products manufactured?

100% of the products we offer are made in Cambodia, mainly in an artisanal manner, highlighting local know-how.

Can certain products be ordered on request?

Indeed, some products can be ordered on demand. If this is a service that interests you, please contact us directly via our contact form or by email at contact@tevoa.fr

Will my size be available again?

All our products have a very limited stock and are manufactured only in very limited quantities. If a product is no longer available in your size, it will mean that it is sold out. You can nevertheless contact us for an order on request via our contact form or by email at contact@tevoa.fr.

Are the items available on TEVOA authentic?

Yes, all our items are authentic and come directly from Cambodian brands and designers that we carefully select.

Why is TEVOA pricing different?

It all depends on our unique business model. At TEVOA, you shop with the biggest Cambodian premium brands, carefully selected for their quality and authenticity.

Prices are determined either by us or by TEVOA partner brands and creators. This means that the price of the same item may vary depending on its origin and your delivery destination. This is also why placing an item in your cart will not reserve it for a specific price.

Orders and Deliveries

What is your delivery policy?

We deliver everywhere in France, and in the European Union via Poste Colissimo. If you would like Colissimo delivery to a relay point in France, or delivery outside the European Union, please contact us at contact@tevoa.fr.

When will I receive my item and how can I track my order?

Once your order is validated, it will be shipped within 5 working days. Delivery by Colissimo then normally takes between 2 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

We will send you the postal tracking information so that you can track your order in real time.

How much will delivery cost me?

Delivery costs are free for France from 150 € of purchases.

Collecting your order from our Showroom located in Gentilly (94250), in the Paris region, is free.

Delivery with hand delivery in Paris is free.

Each TEVOA order is unique, and the cost of delivery varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. You will be able to see the exact delivery costs during the order process, before finalizing your purchase.

Will I have to pay import duties?

TEVOA delivers to the following DDP (delivered duty paid) destinations: European Union countries.

This means that all applicable taxes are included in the price you pay when ordering, and there will be no other charges to pay upon receipt.

For destinations outside the European Union, the price paid does not include import duties. These are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on the customs regulations of each country. It is important to note that TEVOA has no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

For our customers based outside the European Union, we recommend contacting your local customs office or tax agency for details of potential charges before ordering.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver internationally upon request. Please contact us for more information.

What is your return policy ?

You have 14 days after delivery to request an exchange or return with credit. Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

Payment and Security

What are the forms of payment accepted ?

We accept payments by Visa, CB, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Are the transactions secure?

Yes, all our transactions are 100% secure by payment provider Shopify Payments.
