Delivery

We deliver everywhere in France, and in the European Union via the Colissimo Home Post. If you want a Colissimo delivery to a relay point in France, or a delivery outside the European Union, please contact us at contact@tevoa.fr.

Once your order is validated, it will be shipped within 5 working days. Delivery by Colissimo then normally takes between 2 and 8 days. working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

We will send you the Colissimo post tracking information so you can track your order in real time.

Each TEVOA order is unique, and the cost of delivery varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. You will be able to see the exact delivery costs during the checkout of your order, before finalizing your purchase.

 Delivery to France, Monaco and Andorra:

  • Delivery time: 3 to 7 working days.
  • Delivery Options :
    - Free order collection from our showroom located in Gentilly (94250), in the Paris region.
    Free delivery for hand delivery of your order in Paris , by one of the members of the TEVOA team.
     - Colissimo at home without signature, or Colissimo at home with signature.
  • Cost of Colissimo delivery : 
    Delivery costs by Colissimo are free for France from 150 € of purchase.

    For purchases under €150, delivery costs depend on the weight of the total order and are as follows:
    - Less than 250 g : €5.99 Colissimo without signature and €7.99 Colissimo with signature
    - Less than 500 g : €7.99 Colissimo without signature and €9.99 Colissimo with signature
     - Less than 1 kg : €8.99 Colissimo without signature and €10.99 Colissimo with signature
    - Over 1 kg : €9.99 Colissimo without signature and €11.99 Colissimo with signature

          Delivery to the European Union:

          • Delivery time: 5 to 10 working days.
          • Delivery options : Colissimo International Europe to your home with signature.
          • Cost of delivery : Shipping costs depend on the weight of the total order and are as follows:
            - Less than 500 g : €14.99 Colissimo with signature
            - Less than 1 kg : €17.99 Colissimo with signature
            - Over 1 kg : €19.99 Colissimo with signature
