Delivery

We deliver everywhere in France, and in the European Union via the Colissimo Home Post with signature. If you want a Colissimo delivery to a relay point in France, or a delivery outside the European Union, please contact us at contact@tevoa.fr.

Once your order is validated, it will be shipped within 5 working days. Delivery by Colissimo then normally takes between 2 and 8 days. working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the delivery method chosen.

We will send you the Colissimo post tracking information so you can track your order in real time.

Each TEVOA order is unique, and the cost of delivery varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the items chosen. You will be able to see the exact delivery costs during the checkout of your order, before finalizing your purchase.

  Delivery costs by Colissimo are free for France from 200 € of purchase.
  
  For purchases under €200, delivery costs depend on the weight of the order and are as follows:
  - Less than 250 g : €7.99 Colissimo with signature
  - Less than 500 g : €9.99 Colissimo with signature
  - Less than 1 kg : €10.99 Colissimo with signature
  - Over 1 kg : €11.99 Colissimo with signature

• Delivery options : Colissimo International Europe to your home with signature.
• Cost of delivery : Shipping costs depend on the weight of the total order and are as follows:
